FZ. FISH BALL (SMALL)

Unlike the traditional meat balls of much of the world, fish balls commonly found in many parts of Asia are pounded and pulverized instead of grounded, giving them a smooth and chewy texture. This variety of fish balls, formed from the meat of the tropical spotted featherback fish, is a popular addition to a variety of traditional Thai curries and spicy dishes, especially in green curry.
