| Ingredients: 3 cups Sweet Rice
 2 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
 
 1 1/2 cups sugar
 
 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 
 FOR BLACK BEAN SAUCE
 
 2 cups Black Bean
 
 2 cups Coconut Milk
 
 3/4 cup sugar
 
 1/4 teaspoon salt
 
 Bamboo Steamer
 
 Aluminum Lao Pot
 Instructions: 1. Soak sticky rice in water for three hours. Drain and steam for 30 minutes. A Wang Derm Bamboo Steamer over a Diamond Aluminum Lao Pot is recommended for the steaming process.
 2. Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt. Put this mixture in a pot to heat for 4 minutes.
 
 3. In a separate bowl, quickly mix sticky rice with the contents of the pot. Set aside for 15 minutes.
 
 4. For the black bean sauce, clean the black beans and add them to boiling coconut milk. Add sugar and salt. Stir and allow to return to a boil.
 
 5. Remove from heat and serve over sticky rice.
